GOLDEN VISA guidelines

Eligibility Criteria for Professionals: To be eligible for the Golden Visa as a professional, you must meet specific criteria, which typically include:

• Holding a valid Attested employment contract in the UAE (you can raise a Request On https://ahlan.maf.ae )

• NOC from the sponsor for Golden visa- you can apply on SuccessFactors. • Bank statement From UAE banks (For the past six consecutive months, the bank statement must reflect a minimum monthly basic salary credit of 30,000 AED).

• EID form (attached on ASKGR) • Photo as per the ICA specification (attached on ASKGR).

• Hold an active Residency and employment contract with a Managerial-level designation in the UAE except (Real state Property Manager).

• Fully attested university education (bachelor's or master's degree).

• 6 Months Valid Passport • Residency Copy • EID Copy

• HC approval and cost confirmation (approval from your HCBP will be required for GRD to proceed. HCBP to confirm whether the cost will be borne by the company or Employee)

• Immigration may ask for additional supporting documents or certificates based on requirements. You may need to provide them accordingly.
